Share a pic of the top 5 healthy items in your trolley for the chance to win a $1000 Woolworths Voucher!

How to Enter

All you have to do is:

1. Snap a photo of your Woolies trolley showing your top 5 healthy items. 

These can be things you buy every week, or occasional healthy substitutes. It’s up to you what you include.

2. Share the image on Facebook and tag @sarahdilorenzoclinicalnutritionist, or on instagram and tag @1010SDL, or email your pic to competition@sarahdilorenzo.com

That’s it!

Feel free to name the Woolworths store location as we'd love to see your trolleys from all over the country!

The winner's details will be published on Monday 1 September, 2025 on the website. You can also follow Sarah's  Facebook page or the @1010SDL instagram account to see the winner announcement and keep abreast of the latest news.

Terms and conditions

  • One valid entry is an image of at least five healthy items in your trolley taken inside any Woolworths store and posted to your Instagram account with the tag @1010SDL, posted to your Facebook account with the tag @sarahdilorenzoclinicalnutritionist or sent via email to competition@sarahdilorenzo.com.

  • An entrant must be 18 years of age or over.

  • The prize is AUD$1000 credit to shop at Woolworths.com.au and is valid for 3 years. The prize is non-refundable and is unable to be exchanged or transferred.

  • The promotion will end Sunday 31 August 2025 at 11:59pm AEST. 

  • The winner will be selected and announced on Monday 1 September, 2025. 

  • The winner's details will be published on www.sarahdilorenzo.com Monday 1 September, announced on the @sarah_di_lorenzo instagram, 1010SDL instagram, The Sarah Di Lorenzo Clinical Nutritionist Facebook page, and announced in the SDL weekly newsletter delivered during the same week. 

  • The winner will be emailed the Woolworths gift voucher upon receipt of a valid email address.

  • If the winner is not contactable after 2 weeks, 14 days, a redraw will take place.

  • By entering into the competition you give the Sarah Di Lorenzo business permission to repost your photo entry and first name on its digital channels for marketing purposes and to add your email address to the database. You can unsubscribe at any time.
