About Sarah

Profile

Sarah Di Lorenzo is a qualified Clinical Nutritionist who has dedicated her career to rejuvenating the health of Australians of all ages.

Growing up with parents in the health profession, caring for the health of others is in Sarah’s DNA.

Sarah’s heritage meant family meals were based on a Mediterranean diet and those principles of healthy eating and fresh produce continue to guide Sarah’s holistic approach to health and wellness.

For over three years, Sarah has been resident Clinical Nutritionist on the Seven Network’s Sunrise and Weekend Sunrise, sharing information with viewers about a healthy diet and eating the right foods to help with sleep, stress, weight loss, immunity, and slowing down the ageing process.

Running her own practise in Sydney, it is no secret that Sarah has been responsible for significant physical transformations for a number of high-profile clients, helping to spread her message about healthy eating.

Sarah is also the author of a number of best-selling books including: The 10:10 Plan - Your Ideal Weight; The 10:10 Recipe Book; The 10:10 Kickstart; and 10:10 Simple with The Four Week 10:10 Gut Repair out in March 2024. Through her books, newsletters, e-books and, social media pages, Sarah has helped thousands of everyday Australians shed over a million kilos.

Sarah enjoys designing original recipes, often with healthy twists on family favourites — and sweet treats without the guilt.

Prior to Weekend Sunrise,Sarah was a regular guest on 2UE Radio on Fridays discussing nutritional medicine.

Sarah is an accomplished public speaker delivering keynotes on the importance of holistic health for employees in the workplace and as a strategy for increasing motivation and productivity.

A single mum to three girls, one of the driving motivations for Sarah’s work is to teach young people and teenagers a positive relationship with food, the importance of a good diet, and maintaining healthy body image for life

Sarah’s approach is not about the latest diet fads or quick fixes – nor is it about denying ourselves the foods we love. Sarah’s method is a long-term strategy, using a combination of portion education and sensible, intermittent fasting that gives clients and followers the tools they need to maintain a healthy weight for life and to feel good inside and out.

To date, Sarah has sold over 120,000 copies of her four books.
