I am so excited. This is my first ever major event. I'll be spending an entire morning with you, in person, going deep into conversation about all of our health and wellness concerns and aspirations.

I'll share the insights and practical tools I have learned over many years as a clinical nutritionist and that I give to my own clients — real tools and information that actually move the needle on how you feel and how much energy you have.
