1. Promotion
This promotion is the "Ultimate Wellness Escape & Reset" (the "Promotion") run by 1010 by SDL (ABN [ABN]) of [ADDRESS] (the "Promoter").
2. Entry period
The Promotion opens at 18:00 AEST 2.8.26 and closes at 11:59 AEST 31.8.26 ("Promotion Period"). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, 10:10 by SDL, and any agencies associated with this Promotion are not eligible to enter.

Employees of Mondrian Gold Coast and its associated agencies are not eligible to enter.
4. How to enter
To enter, eligible persons must complete the official entry form at https://www.sarahdilorenzo.com/pages/the-ultimate-wellness-escape-and-reset-competition
during the Promotion Period, providing all required fields and confirming they meet the eligibility criteria. Limit of one (1) entry per person (email address) for the duration of the Promotion Period. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
5. Prize
There is one (1) prize package available to be won by one person, consisting of:

Total approximate prize pool value: $2,229.95 (subject to change once the final prize item is confirmed).
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash, in whole or in part. Accommodation is subject mid-week availability. To redeem the accommodation at the time of the wellness Breakfast With Sarah Di Lorenzo Event, the two nights must be redeemed on these mid-week dates: Wednesday 28.10.26 and Thursday 29.10.26. Travel, transfers, and any costs not explicitly listed above are the winner's responsibility.
6. Winner selection and notification
The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The draw will take place on Wednesday 2nd September, 2026 at 12 midday AEST. The winner will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw, and announced on the website www.sarahdilorenzo.com as well as on the 1010 by SDL instagram @1010sdl and Sarah Di Lorenzo’s instagram @sarah_di_Lorenzo on or after Monday 7th September 2026.
If the winner cannot be contacted, or fails to claim the prize, within 5 business days of the draw, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner via a redraw on Monday 14th September 2026.
7. Permit status
Based on a total prize pool value of approximately $2,230, this Promotion falls under the trade promotion permit thresholds currently applying in New South Wales ($10,000), South Australia ($5,000), and the Australian Capital Territory ($3,000), and no permit is required in those states on that basis.
8. Privacy
Personal information collected through this Promotion will be used by the Promoter to conduct the Promotion. By entering, entrants also consent to being added to the Promoter's database and to receiving direct marketing communications (such as health tips and offers) from the Promoter, in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy at https://www.sarahdilorenzo.com/pages/privacy-policy. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time, and may request access to, correction of, or removal of their personal information by contacting contact@sarahdilorenzo.com.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms and Conditions.
